About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Associate Implementation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the key to our clients' success, acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for understanding client business requirements and translating them into a successful implementation of our product suite through configuration and customization. This position offers a chance to blend technical expertise with client-facing collaboration in a high-impact environment.
What You'll Do
As an Associate Implementation Analyst, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end success of client implementations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with our Project Management team to lead client discovery sessions, deeply understanding their business processes and pain points.
- Designing and configuring our product suite to meet specific client needs and optimize their workflows.
- Serving as the subject matter expert, providing expert guidance on our product's capabilities and best practices.
- Managing the full implementation lifecycle, from project kickoff and configurations to user training and go-live.
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact, offering proactive support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Project Management, QA, and others) to advocate for client needs and resolve technical challenges.
- Creating comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues that arise during implementation.

Your Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree.
- 1+ years of experience or training in a technical support, application specialist, software engineering, or SaaS implementation-focused role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as the translator between a customer and more technical internal stakeholders.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative style that works well with a variety of individuals.
- Ability to solve problems and apply creativity when needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to change direction and maintain poise under pressure.
Bonus Points
- Experience using popular programming languages and databases (such as JavaScript and MongoDB/MySQL).
- Experience communicating directly with customer stakeholders in a professional environment.
- Experience working directly in Jira.
- A background in healthcare technology and/or hospital systems.
The national pay range for this role is $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted range, please still consider applying; a determination can be made based on unique qualifications.
