About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Associate Product Operations Manager to join our Product team. This person will report to the Product Operations Manager and provide  comprehensive operational and coordination support to our entire Product organization. As a Product Operations key team member, you will play a collaborative and supportive role in improving product processes and ensuring seamless coordination across various teams. You will focus on collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data and feedback from our users – internal and external.

We are looking for someone who gets excited about a table full of data and can turn it into actionable insights and stories. You might be great for this role if you love thinking about information hierarchies and how to improve the organization of documents.

What you’ll do: 

  • Collect, analyze, and report on various data such as, patient feedback, quarterly product surveys, feature requests and ideas to inform roadmap prioritization and delivery
  • Create and maintain documentation on product features such as training videos and how-to articles, ensuring all content is organized and easily accessible across the organization
  • Support the Product Operations Manager in rolling out internal process changes to help with planning, testing, delivery, and adoption
  • Build empathy for cross-functional stakeholders and support the Product Operations Manager in identifying how product changes disrupts or affects their own work
  • Operate with a mild degree of autonomy in a growing, early stage work environment 

You’ll be great for this role if: 

  • You have a strong understanding of data analysis and experience working in product or a desire to transition into a product role 
  • You understand the importance of and can leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making 
  • You love navigating through ambiguity in brand new territory on problems and turning them into solutions  
  • You’re an excellent communicator in written, verbal, and presentation formats 
  • You are proficient in Jira and have experience using roadmapping tools (ex. Aha!, ProdPad, Productboard)
  • You’re highly organized
  • You’re comfortable writing basic queries in SQL

  • You’ve worked in product at a tech enabled healthcare company 
  • You have Mixpanel experience

Physical Demands 

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
