We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our incredible existing team helping to realize this mission on a daily basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of our clients’ experience throughout their entire Jukebox journey by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality completion of client cases.
Jukebox Health helps high-need populations, older adults and those living with disabilities thrive in their homes with common sense, cost-effective home modifications. We partner with payers, at-risk providers, long-term care providers and employers to deliver home safety interventions at scale, leveraging our enterprise-grade technology platform and networks of specially trained occupational therapists, accessibility product suppliers, and installers.
