Position: Client Implementation Manager

As the Client Implementation Manager, you will report to the Client Implementation Director and play a key role in supporting the implementation of new clients and expansion with current clients, in addition to supporting areas of improvement and/or optimization.  You will be accountable to drive a successful project management approach, ensuring repeatable positive outcomes. 

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a strong team player, and has excellent prioritization and time management skills.  Main responsibilities include 1) Establish and manage project implementation plan for new client implementations 2) Collaborate across the organization to ensure all internal activities are completed to meet performance goals and deliverables 3) Manage contractual requirements to ensure milestones are met 4) Execute on special projects and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have worked recently as an associate in a professional services environment in an analytics capacity and/or gained experience in operations/strategy in a large healthcare corporation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain list of priorities and in-flight initiatives providing frequent communication to leadership and other team members.
  • Maintain client-related documentation.
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional implementation process, providing the connection between Client Partnerships, IT, Operations, and Provider Engagement teams.
  • Design implementation plans to meet the needs of each client.
  • Document and maintain client IT processes and business requirements.
  • Perform account setup and system tests before launches.
  • Prepare and lead cross-functional internal meetings to discuss progress towards timeline and project plan; Build templates and reports which can be used to evaluate performance, as well as track performance.
  • Work across the organization to define and establish clinical and operational workflows.
  • Complete and manage special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Phoenix, AZ, Brentwood, TN or Remote
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or M.B.A. in healthcare business administration, operations management, or related subjects. M.B.A. helpful but relevant work experience most important.
  • Experience in managed care, delegated financial risk or value-based healthcare environment.
  • Project management and client-facing experience required.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and workflow mapping experience required.
  • Experience in professional services environment such as a top accounting, consulting or investment banking firm is a plus.
  • Self-starter and independent, critical thinker with ability to perform detailed data analysis.
  • Must demonstrate excellent professional communication skills through clearly written, concise and comprehensive documentation, strong technical writing skills. Must be capable of executing and publishing written requirements articulating the big picture business intent as well as technical workflow details.
