About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing US team. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians and healthcare organizations, ensuring their success with Alimetry products. You’ll be instrumental in driving adoption, providing world-class support, and fostering long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the nurses and technicians performing the assessment.
- Address and properly log inquiries, concerns and product-related issues promptly and professionally throughout various communication channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and ensure product satisfaction.
- Represent Alimetry at medical conferences and exhibitions
- Coordinate with the sales/business development teams working with each account and ensure a smooth
IT Support:
- Provide technical support for Alimetry devices and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with IT and product development teams to resolve technical problems and enhance product functionality.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT support activities and customer interaction for quality assurance and training purposes.
In-Services:
- Coordinate and facilitate in-service training sessions for clinical and research sites on the proper use and benefits of Alimetry products.
- Provide up to date medical research and patient literature to practices.
- Cross functionally develop training materials and resources to enhance user understanding and engagement.
- Collect feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the educational content and delivery methods.
- Provide intel on potential growth to sales/business development teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role, preferably in healthcare or MedTech.
- Familiarity with medical devices or diagnostics is a strong plus.
Skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual training tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, healthcare). Equivalent experience will be considered.
Other:
- Passion for healthcare and technology.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and training sessions.
- A valid US drivers licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in medical facilities and meet customer credentialing requirements including: current drug tests, TB testing, annual influenza and/or COVID-19 vaccinations, and other vaccinations.
