We’re looking for an experienced Fulfillment Capabilities Manager to support our Operations Strategy department.
 As a Fulfillment Capabilities Manager, you will manage inventory technology, bridging Operations, Engineering, Product, and Vendor relationships. You will oversee Tecsys vendor management, lead migration projects, and ensure DSCSA compliance. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting inventory issues, ensuring accurate counts, and collaborating with Accounting/Finance for precise reporting. In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work onsite at our New York or Cincinnati offices at least 75% of the time and be willing to travel to other locations on request.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • You will partner with operations and IT team to facilitate proactive planning, smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • You will work with business stakeholders to build consensus and alignment for sourcing projects.
  • You will perform training needs analyses for the impacted user groups to understand the training scope and requirements.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for inventory technology tasks across operations, engineering, product and vendors - troubleshooting issues, creating plans, and ensuring inventory counts are accurate for both operational and technical needs.
  • You will lead the DSCSA compliance plan and implementation.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams and Tecsys on OTC business migration.
  • You will collaborate with with facilities, compliance, and pharmacy departments to ensure implementations and updates meet regulatory requirements.
  • You will work closely with the Finance department on reporting and ensuring accuracy and support Netsuite integration.

  • You have experience implementing Tecsys supply chain in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
  • You have worked cross functionally with operations, product, engineering, and project management teams.
  • You have past inventory management experience.
  • You possess deep analytical skills (Excel experience is a must), take self initiative, and are extremely detail oriented.
  • You have a passion for problem solving, thrive in a  fast paced environment, and enjoy working on continuous improvement projects.
  • You are knowledgeable of pharmacy regulations (i.e. DSCSA).

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000.
