Group Product Manager, Wellbeing

Who are you?

As a Group Product Manager, you will be both an individual contributor and provide direct team management. You will lead the Personify Health Wellbeing product team and have personal responsibly for our member Rewards features and strategy as a means to drive member/user engagement. In addition to being a manager of product managers (also referred to as a Group Product Manager) you will provide thought leadership across the product organization and beyond. You will find the right balance between extrinsic and intrinsic mechanisms that motivate our members/users to focus on their personal health and wellbeing. Possessing an insatiable curiosity and desire to solve user problems, you advocate for your feature roadmap with an eye towards user and user empathy. You serve as the evangelist for your product family, communicating the roadmap vision to stakeholders, and directing product, UX, and engineering resources through product discovery and delivery.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Participate in strategic roadmap planning and maintain alignment across teams.
• Work with Engineering teams to design services that provide the right sequence of events to create multitude of statuses for our digital and service led health experiences.
• Lead a 3-5 member team of product managers
• Identify opportunities to improve the wellbeing of our members by consistently measuring the performance of our programs and systems capabilities.
• Redefine and implement our Rewards and Redemption strategy and discover new ways to support member health outcomes.
• Work with stakeholders across the business (including, but not limited to engineering, user experience & design, product marketing, client success, and legal).
• Drive product strategy through a deep understanding of business needs, maintaining a prioritized backlog with near-term deliverables and longer-term vision.
• Work directly with clients and client-facing teams to help them implement a successful Rewards program.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Six (6) or more years working as a product manager in an agile software development environment Domain experience in areas such as digital wellbeing, health, or strongly preferred. Preference given to candidates with direct experience in healthcare products and/or working with digital rewards.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in Product Management with at least 3 years as a Group Product Manager. Experience in the management of product managers is a plus.

You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:

• Experience with product design, service design, and/or design thinking a plus
• Experience with consumer and employee software a plus, especially in healthcare or wellbeing
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews and conversions funnels strongly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in SaaS software
• Preference in those with a user-centered, data driven approach, with experience in product-led organizations.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $139,000 to $174,000 annually. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
