We’re looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to support our Hospice Pharmacy Services team. You will be an individual contributor working cross-functionally with clinicians, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate consulting services. The Hospice Pharmacy Services Clinical Pharmacist is dedicated to guiding hospice providers through clinical, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects of patient care. The salary range for this position is $135,000-$145,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus.
