The Operational Excellence Program Manager will work closely with all members of the Digital and Automation Business Line and report to the D&A Head of Customer & Operational Excellence. The primary objective of this role is to drive process improvements and develop KPI dashboards that align with the business line’s strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will analyze key performance indicators and processes to identify opportunities for improvement across the organization. They will prioritize potential improvement measures by providing insights and analyses regarding their business impact. The Operational Excellence Program Manager will collaborate with the D&A Leadership to assign improvement projects, ensuring their successful implementation and improved processes. Additionally, they will oversee the rollout of these enhanced processes throughout the organization.

This role also involves participating in the definition of key performance indicators for the organization and implementing dashboards and analytics to monitor progress. The candidate will communicate with key stakeholders across the customer value stream, beyond the D&A Business Line, including teams from Implementation, PMO, Education, HPS, and the RSC.

Your new role –

You will oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business goals. Using your subject matter expertise, you’ll develop and maintain a program management framework that covers governance, planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, benefit tracking, and resource allocation. You will create detailed project plans and coordinate interdependent projects, maintaining program integrity and a supportive environment for each project.

  • You use your strong leadership and management skills to coordinate activities for cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication among the members of the project teams and stakeholders.
  • You will serve as an operational excellence consultant, responsible for driving the development of the capabilities essential for achieving delivery excellence and for driving successful outcomes
  • You will support leadership with data-driven decision-making using analytics from project, portfolio, and program architecture tools.
  • You will establish a culture of “implementation excellence” to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree or MBA
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • You have over 10 years of experience in project and program management, with the qualifications to deliver them effectively.
  • You can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs and projects from initiation to completion
  • You have experience leveraging digital tools and data analytics to drive delivery excellence.
  • You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • You can develop and maintain effective working relationships with the internal stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in Siemens HPS or LEAN process improvement
  • You are proficient in creating KPI’s and Power BI Dashboards

The base pay range for this position is:

Min $141,340 - Max $212,000

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
