The Opportunity

This role will shape how primary care providers succeed in value-based care, directly influencing the health outcomes of Medicare patients across the nation. As a key member of the Product Solutions team, you will lead critical, cross-functional initiatives that translate complex performance data into actionable, tech-enabled services and product pilots.

Who We Are

Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.

Founded in 2020, we are a team of healthcare and technology innovators backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.

What You'll Do

You will own and execute initiatives designed to improve client performance and help shape the capabilities built into the Pearl Platform. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to build, refine, and manage a variety of performance solutions that empower providers to deliver more proactive and effective care.

  • Manage and scale our patient engagement services, experimenting with technologies like AI to compliantly deploy them to more practices.

  • Support the development and deployment of our client performance management system, including capabilities for preferred network management.

  • Collaborate with partners across R&D, Customer Success, Clinical Strategy, and Analytics to manage relationships that are critical to success in value-based care.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement across our products and operations, making structured, data-driven recommendations as we continue to scale.

  • Build and operate scalable systems to track the leading and lagging indicators of success across your initiatives.

  • Support core team functions to help maintain our team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

You are a curious, motivated, and data-driven operator who thrives on solving complex problems and is eager to learn the nuances of value-based care. You possess a unique blend of operational expertise and collaborative skill, allowing you to navigate cross-functional projects with a can-do attitude.

Must-haves:

  • 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, population health, and/or value-based care.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience using data to drive outcomes, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools to analyze information from disparate sources.

  • A proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.

  • A deep interest in learning the nuances of various Medicare programs.

  • A passion for problem-solving from a systems perspective.

This role might not be for you if:

  • You prefer a highly structured environment with well-defined, predictable day-to-day tasks.

  • You are looking for a role focused on maintaining existing processes rather than building and iterating on new ones.

  • You prefer to work within a single, specialized domain with minimal cross-team collaboration.
