We are currently seeking an experienced Doctor Compensation Analyst to join our team. This position will work on the Doctor Compensation Analysis team. In addition to working with the Doctor Compensation team, you will interact with a variety of internal departments and field workers to configure and calculate DVM Production. Thrive Pet Healthcare is a rapidly growing, private company where processes, procedures, and applications are constantly evolving to be streamlined and automated.
This role will focus on calculating doctor production compensation through ProCare Portal, a provider compensation management platform. Primary duties include updating the compensation software to calculate production, adding and configuring new inputs, assisting with field production calculations, diagnosing and solving production calculation issues and reviewing contracts to ensure proper setup in the system. This role will be a key resource in the configuration, maintenance, and growth of the third-party production-based compensation tool.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the complete doctor production compensation process flow including inputs and outputs from our ProCare Portal
- Monitor and resolve tickets submitted regarding logins, production calculations, product mapping and more.
- Map providers data from various practice sources to financial ERP
- Monitor ProCare Portal configuration and ensure profiles are compliant with doctor compensation contracts and bonus programs.
- Monitor and perform exception management tables in ProCare to ensure key fields are mapped and validated.
- Test and validate data configuration changes / additions.
- Assist and execute manual doctor compensation production calculations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred 2+ years of relevant production compensation, accounting/finance and analyst experience
- Retail, Healthcare, Veterinary or comparable industry experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data.
- Problem-solving skills
- Methodical and logical approach
- Accuracy and extra attention to details
- Collaborative with an ability to work across departments and with multiple vendors.
- ProCare Portal Compensation Tool Experience preferred.
