As a Product Manager, Billing, you will own a critical part of Omada’s platform that directly enables revenue generation and operational scalability through AI-driven product development.

This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, and operations. You will lead the evolution of our billing systems to support increasingly complex products, pricing models, and customer contracts, while improving accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability. Collaborating with revenue cycle, accounting, engineering, commercial and operational teams, you will gain a deep understanding of the diverse needs and motivations of Omada’s customer segments. You will use AI and machine learning to deliver solutions in new and innovative ways.

You will own:

  • The end-to-end billing platform, including claims generation, invoicing, and internal tooling for revenue cycle and accounting teams
  • A product roadmap focused on ensuring billing accuracy, reducing manual operations, and accelerating time-to-cash
  • Systems that support new product launches, new pricing and packaging, and customer onboarding

Your Impact:

Billing is core to Omada’s ability to scale. As we expand into new conditions and customer segments, this role will play a key part in enabling accurate, efficient, and flexible revenue operations. You will have end-to-end ownership of a high-impact product area and the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements across both internal teams and customer experience.

You will also:

  • Partner with business teams to open new verticals for Omada’s customers and help our existing business to scale
  • Define and execute the billing product strategy, aligned to company growth and operational goals
  • Partner closely with engineering, revenue cycle, accounting, and commercial teams to translate business needs and contract requirements into scalable product solutions
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce billing errors, streamline workflows, and improve collection rates
  • Write clear product requirements and manage the team backlog to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Use data to evaluate performance (e.g., billing accuracy, collection rates) and guide decision-making
  • Explore and apply AI approaches to improve billing operations

About you:

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • 7+ years in market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
  • Prior experience with the B2B problem space in healthcare (ex. Billing, Eligibility, Coverage, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
  • Track record of delivering results against target metrics with solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and clinical guidance
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at problem-solving with limited resources
  • Strong writer and clear communicator
  • Able to foster alignment in a group of stakeholders
  • Experience with user-centered design practices and methodologies
  • Analytical and inquisitive, comfortable using data and user research to drill into the heart of a challenge and identify innovative solutions
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and enhance user interactions is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!
