Who We Are
Verily is a subsidiary of Alphabet that is using a data-driven approach to change the way people manage their health and the way healthcare is delivered. Launched from Google X in 2015, our purpose is to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, every day. We are focused on generating and activating data from a variety of sources, including clinical, social, behavioral and the real world, to arrive at the best solutions for a person based on a comprehensive view of the evidence. Our unique expertise and capabilities in technology, data science and healthcare enable the entire healthcare ecosystem to drive better health outcomes.

Description
The Care Solutions team is building the next generation of patient-centered programs that combine AI, clinical expertise, and precision health to transform care delivery. Verily Lightpath is an AI-enabled, personalized chronic care platform that pairs real-time data from connected devices with a multidisciplinary clinical team to manage chronic conditions like diabetes and obesity. Designed for employers and health plans, it offers a scalable B2B2C model with expanded capabilities, such as clinically guided weight loss and GLP-1 management, that dynamically adapt to member needs to drive better health outcomes and cost efficiency.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will serve as the full stack engineering team lead, driving the execution of Lightpath program experience by managing device integrations, operational workflows, engagement growth, and reporting capabilities to ensure seamless operation for clients, care for patients and supporting our providers.

Responsibilities
Lead the "Stitcher" engineering team to deliver core Lightpath program features, including subprogram engagement requirements and client configurations. Improve the effectiveness of device use in our programs, including enhancing our patient experience of CGM wears, cellular device integration, and driving successful use of devices throughout the cycle of our programs. Serve as the Lightpath subject matter expert to combine claims, medical records and client data to support managing eligibility, enrollment, disenrollment, and billing support. Oversee Lightpath reporting and data initiatives, enabling clients to investigate and understand the outcomes provided by our care programs. Optimize the patient onboarding experience and apply growth strategies to drive sustained program engagement, while contributing to the development of new care programs and expansion into additional condition areas.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building digital health products. Experience managing technical requirements executed by multiple software engineering teams. Demonstrated success in collaborating with engineering teams to deliver products to consumers. Expertise in building patient-first care programs, with stronger emphasis on patient engagement than provider workflows.

Preferred Qualifications Experience developing digital health products that combine clinical design, AI, and user experience. Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR), medical records data and claims data. Experience working with payers and related benefit eligibility requirements. Ability to operate as a solution PM, bridging the gap between product needs and platform infrastructure.
