As the Therapy Manager, Behavioral Health, you will lead the practice management of Psychologists and Master Level Therapists within the Behavioral Health practice. Reporting to the Behavioral Health Clinical Director, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of your team, manage hiring and interviewing processes, drive clear communication, and lead performance management efforts.
In this role, you will thrive if you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented clinician leader who excels in a fast-paced environment. You will lead with empathy while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care.
You will need to be curious, independent, and confident in navigating ambiguity, with strong analytical skills to manage complex situations effectively. Your ability to motivate, guide, and support a large team of therapy clinicians will be key to success.
Collaboration is essential—you will work closely with a multidisciplinary leadership team and colleagues across functions to ensure smooth, cross-functional cooperation. Your ability to solve problems, take initiative, and lead with confidence will be critical in this dynamic role.

The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $105310 to $128340+ bonus + equity + benefits.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data.
