The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Shared Services team who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring that our key priorities across a number of key functions (WFM, Inbound Sales, Customer Support, and other enablement teams) are tracked and executed. You’ll thrive in this role if you love building a project plan and working closely with business leaders to ensure objectives are delivered in a timely manner and at a high level of quality. As you get to know our internal teams and processes better, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your impact into different areas of the business.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining project plans for our key strategic deliverables in the Customer Operations and Shared Services Teams. This will involve researching, planning, and scoping out the overall deliverable, and working closely with key leaders to effectively measure the success of our implementations. This will require great communication skills as well as an eye for detail and organization in order to manage processes from start to finish. This will also require smooth collaboration with cross-functional team members. You will report into the Senior Director, Shared Services.
You should have a strong understanding of project management principles (gantt charts, RAPID/RACI frameworks, communication frameworks, etc.)

The base compensation range for this position is $90,844 - $111,000 USD.
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
